Prices and Availability

Whilst predominately a family resort, some weekend breaks on the site are signified as 18+ only. Whilst
this wouldn't prevent you using the caravan as a family, some of the on-site Butlins facilities, in particular
the Skyline pavillion, may not be available to under 18s. The rightmost column below shows the type of
break. Please contact us if you are not sure. Also, please be sure to read the Terms and Conditions at
the bottom of this page before booking.

Terms and Conditions of booking:

1. The Caravan is only officially booked when the deposit of 20% of the total rental cost is received.

2. The balance must be paid in full at least 4 weeks from the commencement of the booking.

3. If the booking begins in less than 4 weeks, the balance must be paid in full.

4. All bookings on 18+ Weekends are subject to a £100 bond to cover any potential breakages. This will be returned within 4
weeks of your holiday, subject to a check of the Caravan

5. We'd much prefer it if you could pay direclty into our bank account - details will be provided at point of booking. Payment by
Credit Card is only possible through Paypal and will be subject to a 5% surcharge.

6. Bed Linen and Towels are NOT provided by us, although duvets and pillows are.

7. It is a self catering holiday, so you'll need to bring your own grub! Consumable items like toilet rolls etc are also NOT included.
